Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Instant Panel. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy outlined below:

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at contact@instantpanel.co.nz to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If rejected, we will provide explanation in detail and specific, outlining the criteria that were not met.

Return Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% of the item's purchase price may apply to all returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
The restocking fee covers the cost of processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it back into inventory.

Exceptions:

The restocking fee will not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). Certain items may be exempt from the restocking fee at our discretion.

Refunds:

We offer refunds for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. If you believe your item is eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item.
To request a refund, please provide your order number and details of the issue along with any supporting evidence such as photographs.
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable items:

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: Downloadable software products Perishable goods
We cannot accept returns for these items unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
